Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@thenaturalhigh.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There will be a 25% restocking & handling fee for all returns; this means you will be refunded 75% of your purchase price after the return has been accepted and processed.
If a refund is requested before shipment the merchant fee will be passed to the customer which is 3-6% of the purchase price.

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return or repair. If unit is sent for repair after the 30 Day window has passed, customer is responsible for shipping to and from the designated repair facility.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund of 75% of the original purchase price will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that wire transfers and ACH payments are not eligible for refunds.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be processed and posted to your account.
Natural High Wellness reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of cash, company check, or the original payment method, at its discretion.

Original Purchaser Warranty Only
Natural High Wellness warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser listed on the original sales receipt or order confirmation. Warranty coverage is not transferable to any subsequent owner, private buyer, reseller customer, or third-party recipient unless Natural High Wellness provides written approval before transfer.
Products purchased secondhand, through private resale, or through an unauthorized third party are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacement under the original purchaser’s return policy. Natural High Wellness may, at its discretion, provide troubleshooting support, paid service, replacement parts, or courtesy assistance, but such support does not extend, renew, transfer, or modify the original warranty.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless approved in writing by Natural High Wellness LLC.
