Shipping Policy

Currently we are in the pre-order phase. Our launch shipment is due to arrive in the beginning of November, the exact date is pending. All products will ship immediately from our Oregon distribution warehouse. Customers that paid in-full for their orders will be the first in queue for their orders to be processed. Orders will only be processed if full payment has been received.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Each order is shipped by UPS or FedEx ground service level on all orders within the 48 states of USA. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping.
