Dealer / Reseller Warranty & Return Policy
(You must possess a signed and dated agreement to distribute or represent the Natural High family of products in any form.)
Dealer & Reseller Responsibility Agreement
Our goal is to provide high-quality products and strong support for both our dealers and their customers. To ensure a clear and consistent process, the following policies apply to all dealer and reseller purchases.
1. Dealer Relationship
Natural High Wellness LLC sells products to authorized dealers/resellers (“Dealer”), who may then resell products to third-party customers (“End User”).
The Dealer is considered the direct seller to the End User and is responsible for:
- Customer communication
- Product education
- Initial troubleshooting
- Collection of customer information
- Coordinating warranty claims with Natural High Wellness
Natural High Wellness LLC is responsible for evaluating manufacturer-related defects covered under warranty.
2. Manufacturer Warranty
All systems include a standard 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.
Warranty coverage applies only to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Factory workmanship issues
- Internal component failure under normal intended use
Natural High Wellness LLC reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide replacement parts at its discretion.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The following are NOT covered under warranty:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or neglect
- Improper chemical usage
- Failure to maintain filters or water quality
- Mineral buildup, hard water damage, or scaling
- Freeze damage
- Ozone/chlorine-related corrosion caused by incompatible water chemistry
- Over-tightening of fittings or plumbing connections
- Commercial usage on residential systems
- Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery
- Damage caused during customer transport or relocation
4. Dealer Responsibilities
Dealer agrees to:
- Educate customers on proper setup and maintenance
- Provide customers with operating instructions and maintenance guidelines
- Verify customer concerns before requesting replacement products
- Submit photos/videos when requested for warranty evaluation
- Assist in troubleshooting prior to replacement authorization
Failure to follow these procedures may void warranty consideration.
5. Return Policy
Dealer purchases are considered commercial transactions.
Approved returns:
- Require prior written authorization from Natural High Wellness
- Must be returned in original packaging when possible
- May be subject to a restocking fee
- Customer/dealer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing
Returns outside the approved return period are not eligible unless authorized by management.
6. Shipping Damage
Any visible freight damage must:
- Be documented at delivery
- Noted on the freight receipt
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report freight damage within the required timeframe may void shipping claims.
7. Limitation of Liability
Natural High Wellness LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost business revenue
- Water damage
- Personal injury resulting from misuse
- Improper installation or chemical use
- Third-party modifications
Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the original product only.
8. Commercial Systems
Commercial systems require:
- Proper water chemistry management
- Compliance with local/state health regulations
- Proper sanitation maintenance
- Daily monitoring where required by local code
Natural High Wellness LLC is not responsible for local code compliance unless specifically contracted in writing.
9. Technical Support
Technical support is available via:
- Video support
- Scheduled phone support
On-site service may be available at additional cost depending on location.
10. Agreement Acceptance
Purchase, resale, or installation of Natural High Wellness LLC products constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
