Natural High Wellness Limited Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty Coverage
Natural High Wellness LLC provides a limited warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for eligible products purchased directly from Natural High Wellness or from an authorized Natural High Wellness dealer.
Warranty coverage applies only to defects that arise under normal residential use, proper installation, proper maintenance, and operation in accordance with Natural High Wellness instructions, manuals, support guidance, and product documentation.
Original Purchaser Only
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser listed on the original Natural High Wellness sales receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or authorized dealer proof of purchase.
Warranty coverage is not transferable to any subsequent owner, private buyer, reseller customer, third-party recipient, or secondhand purchaser unless Natural High Wellness LLC provides written approval before the transfer.
Products purchased secondhand, through private resale, through an unauthorized third party, or without valid proof of purchase are not eligible for returns, refunds, warranty replacement, or warranty repair under the original purchaser’s warranty or return policy.
Natural High Wellness may, at its sole discretion, provide troubleshooting support, paid service, replacement parts, or courtesy assistance to a secondhand owner. Any such assistance does not transfer, renew, extend, modify, or reinstate the original warranty.
Proof of Purchase Required
To request warranty service, the claimant must provide:
- Original Natural High Wellness order number, invoice, receipt, or authorized dealer proof of purchase
- Name of the original purchaser
- Purchase date
- Product model and serial number, if applicable
- Photos or videos of the product, setup, plumbing, hoses, filters, and any claimed issue
- Maintenance history, cleaning history, and water-care history
- Any additional information reasonably requested by Natural High Wellness to evaluate the claim
Natural High Wellness is unable to verify warranty eligibility or approve any warranty remedy without sufficient documentation.
Required Troubleshooting and Cooperation
Before any warranty claim, refund request, replacement request, or repair authorization can be approved, the customer must cooperate with Natural High Wellness’ reasonable troubleshooting and diagnostic process.
This may include providing photos, videos, water-quality information, filter condition, hose condition, flow testing, cleaning history, and completion of cleaning, flushing, resetting, or other diagnostic steps requested by Natural High Wellness.
Failure or refusal to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps may limit or prevent Natural High Wellness from determining the cause of the issue and may result in denial of warranty coverage, refund, replacement, or other remedy.
Inspection Required Before Warranty Decision
Natural High Wellness reserves the right to require inspection of the product, chiller, tub, hoses, filters, or related components before approving any warranty repair, replacement, refund, credit, or other remedy.
A claimed issue does not automatically qualify as a manufacturer defect. Natural High Wellness must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect, test, troubleshoot, and determine the cause of the issue.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping
Unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by Natural High Wellness, the customer is responsible for shipping costs related to return, repair, inspection, or service.
If a unit is sent for repair or inspection after the 30-day return window has passed, the customer is responsible for shipping to and from the designated repair facility.
Items sent to Natural High Wellness or any repair facility without prior written authorization may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.
Conditions Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover issues caused by or related to:
- Improper installation or setup
- Failure to follow instructions or support guidance
- Hard water, mineral buildup, scale, calcium, sediment, or water-quality conditions
- Improper water chemistry or sanitation
- Dirty, clogged, restricted, or improperly maintained filters
- Restricted water flow, kinked hoses, blocked fittings, or improper hose configuration
- Failure to clean, flush, descale, or maintain the system
- Freezing, overheating, outdoor exposure, weather damage, or environmental damage
- Misuse, neglect, abuse, unauthorized modification, or improper storage
- Use with non-approved chemicals, additives, or cleaning products
- Damage during resale, transport, relocation, or third-party handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Products purchased secondhand or without valid proof of purchase
Available Remedies
If Natural High Wellness determines, after review or inspection, that a covered manufacturer defect exists within the applicable warranty period, Natural High Wellness may, at its discretion, provide one or more of the following remedies:
- Troubleshooting support
- Replacement part
- Repair
- Replacement component
- Replacement product of similar type and value
- Store credit or other remedy approved in writing by Natural High Wellness
Natural High Wellness reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy based on the nature of the issue, product condition, availability of parts, warranty eligibility, and inspection findings.
A refund, replacement, or repair will not be approved until Natural High Wellness has verified eligibility and had a reasonable opportunity to evaluate the issue.
No Automatic Refund or Replacement
A reported issue, customer dissatisfaction, or inability to resolve a matter remotely does not automatically qualify the product for a refund, replacement, warranty claim, or no-cost repair.
Natural High Wellness must be given a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot, inspect, test, and determine whether the issue is caused by a covered manufacturer defect or by a non-covered condition.
Limitation on Courtesy Support
Natural High Wellness may choose to provide goodwill support, discounted parts, troubleshooting, or other courtesy assistance outside the written warranty. Such support is voluntary and does not create an obligation to provide future support, refunds, replacements, warranty coverage, or service.
Courtesy assistance does not transfer, extend, modify, or renew the original warranty.
Legal Claims or Attorney Involvement
If a customer states that they are represented by counsel regarding a dispute, Natural High Wellness may request that all future communications be directed through that attorney.
If a customer references legal action but does not confirm attorney representation, Natural High Wellness may continue communicating directly with the customer for the limited purpose of resolving service, troubleshooting, documentation, or inspection issues.
Return Policy Relationship
This warranty policy is separate from Natural High Wellness’ return policy. Return eligibility is limited to the terms stated in the Natural High Wellness Refund Policy, including the 30-day return window, proof-of-purchase requirement, product-condition requirement, original packaging requirement, return authorization requirement, customer shipping responsibility, and applicable restocking/handling fees.
Warranty coverage does not extend or replace the 30-day return policy.
